AP4 Group is seeking a full time Director of MarketingAP4 Group is a global full-service provider of heavy-duty & aeroderivative industrial gas turbine maintenance, including spare parts distribution, component repairs, and field services. Our team of 170 dedicated employees is on a mission to provide our customers with the parts and services they need, when they need them. We continue to grow and are on the hunt for talented people to join our team!What are your responsibilities?The Director of Marketing is responsible for the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that will drive sales, increase brand awareness, and solidify our position as a market leader. This role requires a blend of analytical experience, creative vision, and leadership skills to manage all aspects of marketing, branding, and communication efforts. This position is primarily remote. However, the Director will be required to periodically travel to and attend trade shows as well as travel to and attend company meetings and other events.
Essential Duties

  • Develop the annual marketing plan and budget in alignment with company goals and objectives. 
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, website content, etc.
  • Manage the company's brand identity and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Lead demand generation campaigns including trade show participation, digital advertising, email marketing, etc.
  • Track and report on key marketing performance metrics like leads, sales opportunities, and ROI.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer pain points and identify new product/service opportunities.
  • Manage the company's public relations and thought leadership efforts.
  • Oversee the marketing department budget and ensure spending aligns with defined goals.
  • Hire, train, and manage the marketing team. 
What do you need to qualify for this role?
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
  • 10 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Proven track record of leading demand generation campaigns and pipelines.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and departmental resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to attend industry events.
  • Positive attitude and approach; professional and courteous.
